Day 4 was a success!

I stayed under my allotted points! I worked out, I ate healthy and I avoided my biggest temptation! Weight loss here I come!  (I hope!)

Breakfast was the standard Special K low fat granola, 1/2 banana and skim milk. I have started measuring my cereal and realized I was eating WAY too much.  Lunch consisted of leftover hunan pork with egg drop soup.  For dinner, Nico made sinigang with pork ribs instead of pork belly to help with my diet.  I was surprised the sinigang was only seven points for a serving (had to add two points for rice!). Perhaps I will be eating more Filipino foods on this diet?


My biggest challenges so far are avoiding beer and realizing when I'm eating that I'm full/satisfied. Weekdays should be easier as long as I don't feel the urge to drink an adult beverage or two in the evening.  Fingers crossed for day 5!
