Weigh-in Day!

Why, oh why, did I choose Monday to do my weekly weigh in?? I better keep this in mind next week before I overeat and drink next weekend!  I didn't anticipate that I would lose weight,  since I haven't completed a full week and quite honestly, I drank too much and ate too much over the weekend.  But, I'm happy with losing even one pound, because that's one pound closer to my goal!

Tonight's dinner was Coconut Curry Shrimp with brown rice, recipe compliments of Weight Watchers. Only 7 points and actually quite good!


Another successful day, stayed under my points, avoided temptation, ate healthy and worked out.  Life will get interesting again soon.
